Management & Network Service Controller
FusionMaestro
A Management & Network Service Controller
Configure, monitor and maintain every concentrator and CPE across all your sites from a single orchestration platform, on cloud or on-premise.
Overview
What is Orchestration?
FusionMaestro is a platform that smartly communicates with the SD-WAN concentrators and CPEs in your ecosystem and automates the configuration, coordination and administration of your systems, middleware and services. Whether on-premises or in the cloud, orchestrating the scheduling and integration of automated activities between systems and services accelerates and simplifies linked workloads, repeating processes and operations.
Manual administration simply cannot grow to meet today's demands, with IT staff responsible for hundreds to thousands of servers, customers and applications. Where automation handles a single task, orchestration arranges tasks to optimise an entire workflow, covering monitoring (hardware, underlay and overlay), remote configuration per box and in bulk, maintenance and support, reports and analytics, and proactive alerts.
Features
-
Multitenant
A single instance serves many customers. Each tenant gets its own users, capabilities and securely separated data, in both public and private cloud environments.
-
3-Level Authentication
Two-factor sign-in across three levels: user ID and password, an OTP to the registered mobile number, and an OTP to the registered email ID.
-
Zero Config CPE Monitoring
Once powered up and online, a CPE contacts the orchestrator over a secure REST API. You can then update its configuration and firmware, reboot it, run ping diagnostics, reset it to factory default and get periodic status.
-
Remote Configuration
Configure CPEs and controllers individually, online or offline. Offline changes are pushed automatically the next time the device checks in.
-
Safe Firmware Updates
The orchestrator tells each device which firmware to fetch for its hardware. If the network drops during download, the device keeps running its existing firmware.
-
360-Degree Monitoring & Alerts
Dashboards show the status and analytics of every device, and alerts reach the relevant stakeholders by email and SMS.
-
Role-Based Access
Full control over what each user can see, download and change, with audit logs, built on the multitenant structure.
-
Data & Analytics
Collects all data reported by FusionMaestro devices and turns it into readable reports and analytical dashboards for deep insight into device performance.
Why Choose FusionMaestro
-
Time Saving
Zero-touch provisioning of CPEs and concentrators means no one needs to be on site, cutting deployment time and resources dramatically.
-
Speed with Accuracy
Schedule deployment and configuration offline, so you have time to review the data before it is pushed to CPEs.
-
Simplicity
Configure and monitor every CPE through one orchestration UI with simple steps and analytical dashboards, even with minimal technical knowledge.
-
Auditability
Keeps up to 50 rollback points of user changes, so auditors can track every change and roll back in one click.
-
Scales with You
No limit on the number of connected CPEs, onboarded clients or users connecting to the orchestrator.
-
Cloud or On-Premise
Deploy on a standard AWS setup that scales horizontally and vertically, or run all components on a single on-premise system for small to medium organisations.

Frequently asked questions
How do devices connect to FusionMaestro?
CPEs and controllers connect to the orchestrator through REST APIs over HTTP or HTTPS. SSL is recommended to secure the connection.
How long does it take for changes to reach a device?
Monitoring data refreshes in about 30 seconds, configuration changes apply within 3 minutes, and reboots or firmware upgrades take up to 15 minutes.
How can I monitor bandwidth usage?
The orchestrator portal provides port-wise MRTG (Multi Router Traffic Grapher) graphs.
Can I get alerts before a broadband plan or SIM expires?
Yes. Plan details such as plan name and expiry date can be set up for both SIM and broadband on the orchestrator portal, and alerts are sent based on them.
Can FusionMaestro be deployed on-premise?
Yes. It can run on cloud or on-premise. For small to medium organisations, all components can be deployed on a single system.
